Refund & Cancellation Policy

Software subscription
Inquirail is sold by Egységmester Kft. as a recurring subscription to automated SaaS monitoring software. The subscription provides access to software features according to the selected plan, including the stated monitored site and form limits and scheduled automated checks at the frequency shown for that plan before checkout.
Billing period and renewal
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions in EUR unless another billing period is clearly shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The checkout page or account area shows the selected plan, price, billing period, and renewal status before payment is completed.
Cancel anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account area or by contacting hello@practicalapps.studio. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
EU consumer 14-day withdrawal right
If you are a consumer in the European Union (an individual acting outside a trade, business, or profession), you normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 9).
However, under Art. 16(m) of the Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content or a digital service not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By completing checkout and starting an Inquirail subscription, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the software subscription service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once service delivery has begun. This acknowledgment is presented and confirmed during the checkout flow.
If service delivery has not yet begun within the 14-day window, you may exercise your withdrawal right by emailing hello@practicalapps.studio. A model withdrawal form is available upon request.
Refunds
Unless required by law, fees already paid for the current billing period are not automatically refunded after cancellation. If a duplicate charge, billing error, or technical access issue occurs, contact us at hello@practicalapps.studio with the relevant account email and Stripe receipt details. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. / Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. as our payment processor. If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer or bank before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend account access pending resolution of the dispute. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve issues quickly.
B2B customers
If you are purchasing Inquirail for business purposes (as a trader, business, or organization), statutory consumer withdrawal rights and consumer refund protections do not apply. Refunds for business customers are at our sole discretion, except where required by applicable law.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, subscription access may become past due, paused, or canceled depending on Stripe billing status and account configuration.
Plan changes
Plan upgrades or downgrades may be handled through Stripe or the account area. Any prorations, credits, or billing changes will be shown during checkout or account management where applicable.
